Now lets see. Just next to Buckingham Palace, there is a park known as St James Park. On your way to the palace, you will be able to enjoy the magnificent views that the park offers. From the park itself, you will also be able to see the palace from very nice angles.
So St James park... the story goes that it was a swampy piece of land acquired by some Henry which I cannot remember the number many many centuries ago. So that should make it the oldest Royal park in London. Then the park should be called Henry something park. Oh wait, wait... that is because I think the land was drained of its muddy water and the park was erected only when some guy called James something ascended the throne. So that is why it is called St James park
Anyway it only proves that my history sucks. Just enjoy the photos.
