Belum Rain Forest Drive

The Belum Rainforest Resort is one of Malaysia's premier ecotourism holiday destinations. Set in the midst of a tropical paradise,the Belum Rainforest Resort, is everything nature-lovers and holiday-goers expect in a getaway destination: complete relaxation and serenity, stunning views and surroundings, adventure, and the chance to get close to nature. Well that is what their website says.

I went there for a three-days drive. It was a long drive, tiring and the traffic jam was just terrible. What made things worse, it was raining heavily and it was on a long-weekend, a holiday weekend.

I thought the drive back to Singapore would be better. In fact it was worse. The jam was so massive and some cars were driving on the emergency lane. It was pitched dark. Then what about the stay at Belum Resort and the day-tour that I went on. Well I let you judge that part for yourself from the photos below.
