Night shots around Citihall

I feel that there is an invisible wall that I just hit. I have to overcome it if I want to move to the next level. My shots are not getting better, this is what I feel. The angles and compositions lack life and feelings.

I have ordered a few books online. Maybe I need to go back to basics. Maybe I need to "clear the cache". I have decided to shoot less and to experiment more.
